Refunds and exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets for sold-out shows may be returned to the Box Office for resale but this cannot be guaranteed.
Access Information: Not all seats are suitable for patrons who have mobility requirements and/or use a mobility aid. Please contact the Box Office if you have specific access requirements to ensure your comfort and enjoyment while at the theatre. Hearing loops are available from the front of house staff.
Pre-theatre meal offer: Crown & Pepper is offering Miller Theatre audiences 15% off all food and drink, on presentation of their ticket. This must be the same night as your ticket is valid for and drink is only discounted when purchased with food. Car Parking
For evening performances, parking is available for free at Waitrose from 6pm until 11pm (first two floors only) – access via the road next to Lidl. Parking is also available in the side roads around the Miller Theatre. For matineé performances only, parking for up to three hours is available at Morrisons car park on Harestone Valley Road. Please note: Due to reasons beyond our control we can no longer offer parking at Croudace on Tupwood Lane.
By Rail
We are close to Caterham station on the Southern Caterham branch from East Croydon & Purley. Change at East Croydon or Purley onto a train to Caterham Station
By Bus
Bus routes 400, 407, 409, 509 and 540 all serve Caterham. However all routes except for the 407 usually run to early evening only. Route 407 which runs from Sutton via Croydon and Purley operates until the early hours.
